Registration fees (without VAT and credit card fees):  

  • IEEE Member:  350 $
  • Non IEEE Member:  400 $
  • Student IEEE Member:   290 $
  • Student Non IEEE Member:   330 $

For countries with low income, registration fees are as follows: 

  • IEEE Member:  280 $
  • Non IEEE Member:  300 $
  • Student IEEE Member:   200 $
  • Student Non IEEE Member:   250 $

Notes:

  • Author registration includes the publication fees of one paper
  • Students are required to provide a copy of a valid ID that certifies their full-time student status.
  • Each paper requires one registration. Any paper accepted into the technical program, but not presented online or in-person in Lyon will be withdrawn from the official proceedings submitted to IEEE Xplore.
